If your child was born between 1st September 2019 and 31st August 2020 they will be due to start Reception in September 2024. Children born between 1st September 2020 and 31st August 2021 will start Reception in September 2025.
Parents are invited to visit the school for a tour and the opportunity to meet our Headteacher, Ms Lynn Bima. We are offer to a maximum of three sets of parents/carers at a time. We ask that children other than babes in arms are not brought along for school tours.

Applications for Nursery places:
Admission to the Hilltop Nursery class is dealt with by the school admin team. A Registration of Interest form can be downloaded from this page or obtained by contacting the school office. Please complete the form and returned it to us with a copy of the child’s birth certificate. Children who are offered a place will normally start school at the beginning of the academic year in which they turn 4. Places in Nursery are offered in accordance with the Foundation Stage Admission Criteria. Please see our Nursery Admissions Policy.
Applications for Reception places and above:
The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead admissions team deals centrally with all applications from children of statutory school age for all the Borough’s schools:
The admissions window for children starting Reception in September 2024 has now closed. If you would like to make a late application please see the RBWM Admissions website. If you are not a resident of RBWM, please apply via your own local authority.

If your child was born before 1st September 2019, your application will be for a place in Year 1 or above. The Borough’s admission team also manages these applications, which are called In Year Applications. You will be notified by the admissions team if a place is available at Hilltop and then arrangements will be made for the child to visit us, for you to buy uniform and for a starting date to be agreed.
